The Premium Cuvée is matured with the greatest care for 24 months at a constant temperature of 12°C in our cellars in Epernay. This ageing period in optimal conditions allows the champagne to develop its full complexity, enhance its refined character and achieve a harmonious balance of elegance and depth. The grapes are meticulously sourced from the esteemed terroirs of Vallée de la Marne and Sézannais, two regions renowned for their exceptional soils and distinct microclimates. These terroirs, shaped by centuries of tradition and expertise, bestow the grapes with a remarkable complexity and elegance that define the essence of Richard Bavion. The premium cuvée has a golden champagne color, a persistent beautiful mousse and a chain of fine bubbles.
On the nose, the Premium Cuvée has many fruity notes of peach, apricot and stone fruit.
On the palate, it is fresh, with a creamy mousse, incredible smoothness and delicious stone fruit notes. The Premium Cuvée impresses with its unique freshness and the full body of the Pinot Meunier as well as the perfect balance between the rich taste of the Pinot and the elegance of the Chardonnay.

Its fresh aromas of flowers, dried fruits and citrus fruits are reminiscent of the blend of three grape varieties: 20% Pinot Noir, 55% Meunier and 25% Chardonnay. There is also 15% reserve wine from a solera started in 2016. A brut dosage of 9 g / L is essential to achieve a perfect balance.
