BLANC DE BLANCS CHAMPAGNE

The Blanc de Blancs is characterized by its unmistakable elegance and finesse. It captivates with a mineral freshness that lingers until the surprisingly soft, mild, almost creamy finish. High-quality, single-varietal grapes give it its uniqueness, which is reflected in the exquisite bottle design. The champagne matures for four years in our chalk cellars in Verzy and develops its full body, dynamic character and freshness, which is atypical for a Blanc de Blancs.

 

The Blanc de Blancs champagne harmonizes perfectly with a variety of light to hearty dishes. Enjoy this champagne with prawns, oysters, scallops, caviar, poultry and fish. Its balanced combination of full body and fine aromas makes it the ideal companion for delicate starters such as tuna carpaccio. It is also a sophisticated addition to hearty main courses such as a chicken and vegetable stew.

Blanc de Blancs champagne is made from 100 percent Chardonnay grapes. To further refine it and ensure its high quality, we add 5 percent reserve wine from special vintages. These provide the unusual depth and unique aromas of Blanc de Blancs. Look forward to a pure Chardonnay champagne that delights with light notes of ripe fruit and minerals.
